Invoice System
HEXONET Invoice is the online calculation system, which generates invoices for your customers using the transactions/accountings. You can easily modify the invoice template used to invoice your customers: You can freely add your logo, personal textblocks, header and footer into the invoice template.
With only a few mouse clicks you thereafter define the customer(s) or customer-groups which you want to generate an invoice for. The invoice system immediately captures all transactions, generates the invoices, sends them to your customers by email (on demand) and produces a DTA (for German Banks) file that you simply have to paste to any online banking software.
The major highlight: The Invoice System is not limited only to our product range. It also allows you to create invoices for your own products (i.e. the support services for your customers).
